സംസ്ഥാന സർക്കാർ ജീവനക്കാർക്കും പെൻഷൻകാർക്കും പാർട്ട് ടൈം കണ്ടിജന്റ് എൻ എം ആർ /സി എൽ ആർ തുടങ്ങിയ വിവിധ വിഭാഗം ജീവനക്കാർക്കും 2025 ലെ ഓണം അഡ്വാൻസ് അനുവദിച്ചു ഉത്തരവായി കൂടാതെ സംസ്ഥാന സർക്കാർ ജീവനക്കാർക്കും പെൻഷൻകാർക്കും ബോണസ് /പ്രത്യേക ഉത്സവബത്ത അനുവദിച്ചും ഉത്തരവായി.ഉത്തരവുകള് താഴെ നല്കിയിരിക്കുന്നു.29/08/2025 മുതൽ അഡ്വാൻസ് തുക പിൻവലിച്ച് വിതരണം ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാണ്. 2025 ഓണത്തിനുശേഷം ഓണം അഡ്വാൻസ് അനുവദിക്കാൻ പാടുളളതല്ല. ജീവനക്കാരുടെയും പെൻഷൻകാരുടെയും 2024 -25 FY-ലെ ബോണസ് / പ്രത്യേക ഉത്സവബത്തയുടെ വിതരണം 29-08-2025 തീയതി മുതൽ ആരംഭിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്.

ബോണസ് ബിൽ
ഒരു ജീവനക്കാരന് ബോണസ്സ്, ഉത്സവബത്ത ഇവയിലേതെങ്കിലും ഒന്നിനു മാത്രമേ അർഹത ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കുകയുള്ളൂ. അതുപോലെ വിരമിച്ച ജീവനക്കാർ ഉൾപ്പെടെയുള്ളവർക്ക് ഈ ഇനത്തിലുള്ള ഒരു ആനുകൂല്യത്തിന് മാത്രമേ അർഹതയുള്ളൂ.
സ്പാര്ക്ക് വെബ്സൈറ്റിലെ പ്രധാന മെനുവായ Salary Matters- Processing- Bonus ലെ Bonus Calculation എടുത്ത് DDO code, Bill type എന്നിവ സെലക്ട് ചെയ്ത് select employoes എന്ന ബട്ടണില് ക്ലിക്ക് ചെയ്താല് ബോണസ് ലഭിക്കുന്ന Employeeയെ കാണാന് കഴിയും .Employeeയുടെ പേരിന് നേരെയുള്ള ചെക്ക് ബോക്സില് ടിക്ക് നല്കി തുടര്ന്ന് സബ്മിറ്റ് നല്കാം.Salary Matters- Processing- Bonus എന്ന മെനുവില് തന്നെ Cancel Bonus Calculation എന്ന ഓപ്ഷനിലൂടെ ബോണസ് ക്യാൻസൽ നൽകാം . Salary Matters- Processing- Bonus - Bonus Bill - Acquittance എന്നി ഓപ്ഷനുകള് ഉപയോഗിച്ച് ബോണസ് ബില് തയ്യാറാക്കാം. ഇതിൽ Bonus Calculation Retired എന്ന മെനു ഉപയോഗിച്ച് റിട്ടയർ ആയവരുടെ ബോണസ് calculate ചെയ്യാം .
ഫെസ്റ്റിവല് അലവന്സ്
സ്പാര്ക്ക് സൈറ്റിലെ Salary Matters- Processing- Festival Allowance Calculation,Festival Allowance Calculation Retired ,Cancel Festival Allowance Calculation .Festival Allowance Bill ,Acquittance മെനുവിലൂടെയാണ് ഫെസ്റ്റിവല് അലവന്സ് ബില്ലുകളെടുക്കുന്നത്.ഇതിൽ Festival Allowance Calculation Retired എന്ന മെനു ഉപയോഗിച്ച് റിട്ടയർ ആയവരുടെ അലവന്സ് calculate ചെയ്യാം.
ഓണം/ ഫെസ്റ്റിവല് അഡ്വാന്സ്
സ്പാര്ക്ക് സൈറ്റിലെ Salary Matters- Processing- Onam/ Festival Advance Processing മെനുവില് ക്ലിക്ക് ചെയ്യുമ്പോള് ലഭിക്കുന്ന വിന്ഡോയില് DDO Code ഉം Bill Type എന്നിവ സെലക്ട് ചെയ്താല് വലത് വശത്തെ വിന്ഡോ അപ്ഡേറ്റ് ആകും ഇതില് എന്തെങ്കിലും മാറ്റങ്ങള് വേണമെങ്കില് വരുത്താം ഉദാഹരണമായി നമ്മുക്കനുവദിച്ച തുകയായ Rs.20,000/- പൂര്ണ്ണമായും പിന്വലിക്കാതെ Rs.10000/- Rs.5000/- എന്നിങ്ങനെ ആവശ്യമുള്ള തുകകള് നല്കാം.(Loan A/C No എന്നത് FestAdv എന്ന് നല്കുക)എല്ലാവര്ക്കും ഒരേ തുകയല്ലെങ്കില്, ഒരു തുക നല്കിയ ശേഷം ആ തുക വരുന്ന എല്ലാ ജീവനക്കാരെയും സെലക്ട് ചെയ്ത ശേഷം അടുത്ത തുക ചേര്ത്ത് ആ തുകക്കുള്ള ജീവനക്കാരെയും സെലക്ട് ചെയ്യണം. ഇങ്ങിനെ ആവശ്യമായ എല്ലാവരെയും സെലക്ട് ചെയ്ത ശേഷം വേണം Proceed നല്കാന്.
പ്രൊസസ്സിങ് പൂര്ത്തിയായാല് Onam/ Fest. Advance Bill Generation ല് നിന്നും ബില്ലിന്റെ Inner ,Outer, Bank Statement എന്നിവ Print ചെയ്യാം.Onam / Festival Advance Bill Generate ചെയ്യാൻ ആദ്യം Month തുടർന്ന് DDO Code,Advance Type എന്നിങ്ങനെ സെലക്ട് ചെയ്യുക തുടർന്ന് Inner bill ആക്റ്റീവ് ചെയ്തു സെലക്ട് ബട്ടണിൽ ക്ലിക്ക് ചെയ്യുക,Outer Bill,Bank Statement എന്നിവയും ഇതു പോലെ ലഭിക്കും .മേല് പറഞ്ഞ രീതിയില് ബില്ലെടുത്ത് കഴിഞ്ഞാല് അഡ്വാന്സ് റിക്കവറി അഞ്ച് തവണകളായി യഥാസമയം തുടങ്ങിക്കോളും. ഇതിനായി നമ്മള് കൂടുതലൊന്നും ചെയ്യേണ്ടതില്ല.
ഒരു കാര്യം ഓർക്കുക ബോണസ് ബില് ,ഫെസ്റ്റിവല് അലവന്സ് ,ഓണം/ ഫെസ്റ്റിവല് അഡ്വാന്സ് എന്നിവ പ്രോസസ്സ് ചെയ്താൽ ഇവയുടെ ബില്ലുകൾ അതാതു മെനുവിൽ തന്നെയാണ് ലഭിക്കുക .
Rs.39872/- ന് മുകളിൽ ആകെ വരുമാനമുള്ള റഗുലർ ജീവനക്കാർക്കു ഉത്സവബത്ത(3000/-) ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
